Thanks for checking out Episode 53 of The Trainer’s Scoop!
In this episode, I’m joined by Max Straxny. Go give him a follow on Instagram @maxstrazny !
Max is young, but very accomplished in the fitness industry so far. At 21, he is in a hybrid undergrad/graduate physical therapy program at St. Louis University, while also creating great content on Instagram/Youtube, Prepping for his first bodybuilding show in the NANBF (he looks absolutely shredded) and holding the position of intern for Renaissance Periodization.
Max’s hard work is already beginning to cement him in the industry as a motivator and educator, effective coach, and even provided opportunities like becoming an athlete for the brand Gorilla Mind.
