Pat Moody is a finance and strategy expert with experience spanning venture capital, investment banking, and early-stage ventures. He began his entrepreneurial journey in college with a clothing company, Burassi Apparel, quickly making a name for himself in the startup ecosystem. Pat then joined LawnStarter as the first employee, moving to Austin and going through the Techstars accelerator. He served as Chief Investment Officer of Virginia Tech’s SEED investment fund, worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, and continued his impressive track record at S3 Ventures co-leading a number of investments and working across 10+ portfolio companies. Currently, Pat works in finance and strategy at @Atmosphere. Known for his incredible events and extensive network, Pat is the go-to person in Austin's startup community.
