Michael Wolfert’s journey into regenerative agriculture began in 2007 when he completed his Permaculture Design Course at the Quiet Valley Ranch, an experience that profoundly reshaped his approach to land and life. Since then, Michael has devoted himself to sustainable agriculture across Central Texas, applying his knowledge on farms and ranches in areas like Blanco, Spicewood, Austin, Leander, and Dale, TX.
Driven by his passion for food forestry, Michael spent two years collaborating with Hill Country Natives nursery to identify and cultivate resilient, edible plant species suited to Texas’s unique climate. His studies in advanced regenerative systems design include Darren Doherty’s Regrarians Platform, Mark Shepard’s Restoration Agriculture, and Javan Bernakevitch’s Holistic Life Design, equipping him with diverse techniques for cultivating sustainable landscapes.
