The start of another spring semester is upon us, and Kenny and Natalea invite senior, Economics & Finance major, Matthew Harris to the Pioneer Careers Podcast. The 3 of them discuss why networking is important, the importance of getting your face out there/getting out of your comfort zone, and what all goes into "the grind of it all". Kenny and Natalea also touch upon Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), aka seasonal depression, to shed light how this time of the year is tough for a lot of individuals. They talk about their own experience with SAD along with tips and strategies to combat the low mood.
