Description

Now THIS is a true Dumpsterpiece... We started watching the Ferris Bueller television spin-off from 1990 and boy is it awful. Seriously, you need to see how bad this is. The premise being that the movie was actually a take on this Ferris' life, even though the movie Ferris was "too whitebread." So what else can we do but chainsaw a cardboard cutout of Matthew Broderick as Ferris in half? Set in Santa Monica (wut?), just listen to that sweet, terrible synth R&B/funk intro that sounds like the preprogrammed demo track on every Casio from the early 90s - it really sets the tone for the whole show. You'll get Jennifer Aniston as Jeannie, something she probably doesn't acknowledge. You'll get Ami Dolenz (Mickey Dolenz's daughter) as a Saved-by-the-Bell-esque California beach-babe Sloane - what a wench! Apparently she can't run in the sand, though. Richard Riehle as Ed Rooney, possibly the only casting decision that makes sense (UP YOURS!) You'll also get to see Ferris hit on his mother in very obvious ways, and Ferris' dad with no pants on. Special guest appearance by Billy Idol, who ends up running for student body president - Les is More!

We're about to spoil the crap out of this, so we're including a link to the YouTube playlist for the first (and only) season of the show - all 13 episodes: Ferris Bueller

So get ready for your tennis instructor to "serve a full set," fire up your computer to hack your sister's bail charges, and remember - "life is one damn thing after another."
