Ferris! Bueller! WEW! We're back with episodes 3 and 4 of this goofy spinoff and it's only gotten better. In episode 3, Ferris convinces the school janitor to pretend to be the new Dean of Students (so Ferris can avoid any real discipline), which ends abruptly when "Lou" begins having visions of world domination. Then in episode 4, Cameron decides he needs to find his own way outside of Ferris' shadow but instead finds himself hanging upside down in a locker.
Although the house remains the same (from episode 2 at least), and Sloane still falls down (at least in one episode), we're in new territory here. Ferris Bueller has reached its sophomore year, and the writing has evolved... Just kidding, it's still pretty rough. We find out Jeannie will think about going on a date for no less than $30 - I'll bet mom and dad are proud. It's no wonder with all the inappropriate jokes the teachers make at this school, and the janitor drives Rooney to drink mouthwash out of a paper bag to cope with his inadequacies. Ferris continues down the path of manipulation, sending the candidate for Dean to NZ and keeping his "girlfriend" from following her dreams. Cameron is too dumb to make a simple electric circuit work, but he can sort of fly the Spruce Goose? And of course the phat-assed statue.
Let's get pepped up and cheer for our favorite Ocean Park football team, the Dolphins! Errr... The Vikings? Nah - the Fighting Poodles! Pop in those headphones and listen along as we break this down. You can watch the playlist here, or you could just imagine how bad it is.
