This is an episode I did despite being in the middle of a bad morning/day. I've struggled today and recently due to being sick as well as due to treatment. It's winter and it's cloudy more often which further impacts my already degraded mood. Frustrating times. But, we talk about the positives as well, the things that get us through these times.
