Theres a lot happening in the world right now. For us in Melbourne we have just moved into Stage 4 Restrictions. it has meant that we are even more restricted in our movements and its hindered on our daily lives. but through this I have seen that Being Grateful for what you have is a way we can help cope through the times.

In this episode we talk about the things in my life that I'm most thankful and grateful for. 

We talk about the importance of saying "Thank You" to others when they do something kind for you no matter how small the deed.

We also discuss how building gratitude around you with small, daily unexpected, undeserved acts of love, compassion, grace and forgiveness can help you with being grateful for what you have.
