Jason Barnhart, also lovingly referred to as “Barney,” interviews Sara Moore and Cory Smith in this second episode of the Brethren Way Podcast series. These three discuss chapter 3 of The Brethren Way, “Do We Have a Problem?” In this chapter, Brian ponders whether we, as Brethren, a small denomination of less than 300 churches, have an identity problem. He starts the chapter by saying that the Brethren are prone to absorb the flavor and smell of our surroundings because we are uncertain of our own story and our identity. Jason, Cory, and Sara consider why we continue to choose Brethren and how vital it is to know our history and identity so we can know the unique gifts we Brethren have to offer the world.
