Jesus loved to eat! So, it’s no wonder some disciples only recognized the Resurrected Savior when he broke bread with them and others recognized him when he began to eat some fish. In life, Jesus often used the table to teach. It seems he liked to eat, in order to ensure that the disciples were fed and empowered to do the work and will of God.
