Hi everyone,

This is a little Bonus episode to give you a few ideas of preparing for the back to school transition.

✨I talk about re establishing your daily rhythm

✨Making small and subtle changes

✨Notice any little changes in your children's actions or behaviours. (Some kids will be soooo excited to get back to see their friends and teachers and are tired of being at home...while others may start to feel a little nervous and apprehensive.)

All these feelings are valid and normal...we adults experience these too. When we notice any shifts we can meet them in the most supportive way.
