Joachim is a fairly average boy, living in the time of genies and magic and fantastical creatures. When he finds a bottle on the beach with a genie trapped inside and frees him- Joachim is granted the gift of imitation.
Of course, being a young boy, Joachim does not make the best use of his new gift and thus sets the scene for a riveting tale of humor, growing, and life lessons.
