Who doesn't need a last minute go-to for meal ideas?
Hey everybody. I'm Nina. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I got my degree in food studies from New York University and I've cooked in all types of places. From being a cook in the military. To high-end New York City restaurants. To even a cute little food truck in Alaska.
Even though I can come up with a catering menu during the day to feed 200 people. By the end of the day, I am exhausted and lose all creativity when I need meal ideas for my roomies AKA my husband and three boys. Also... low key need an accountability partner so I'm not tempted to order pho or pizza last minute.
