Chef Emily Peterson was a culinary instructor and she owned her own catering company in New York City, which I had the pleasure to work under her for.
Currently, she works as a director at a dining hospitality company called Flik. She even had her own food show at Heritage Radio Station at Roberta's restaurant in Brooklyn. Her food writing, which she still does, has been featured all over. Food Network, New York Times, Martha Stewart.
