Description

Welcome to Beyond Comfort Zone, Season 3, Episode 10.
In this episode, I explore perspective—and how different perspectives can be true across different dimensions. I reflect on the idea that two wrongs can be right at the same time, depending on where you’re standing.

I dive into my relationship with sport and movement—how I was sporty at a younger age, how my body later seemed to forget, and how I’m now re-learning fundamental skills like walking and running, before expanding into padel tennis and skateboarding.

Through these experiences, I unpack lessons around balance and flexibility, both physically and in life. I also share reflections inspired by The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron and Deliver Us From Normal by Klise, touching on creativity, presence, and permission to evolve.

This episode is an invitation to celebrate where you are, honor the present moment, and allow yourself to learn—again and again.

Keep Rememebering,Keep learning cheers and see you on the next one!
