Welcome to the first EVER episode of Wholeness with Hannah. This one is a solo intro from the host of the podcast – Hannah. She introduces herself and explains what wholeness personally means to her. She talks about her own life defining experiences such as depression and burnout, and how it has shaped her into who she is today. Hannah discusses a variety of tools, practises and concepts that she has tried and tested, and uses to stay balanced. She explains where she is at in life right now, and where she wants to go. Hannah hopes this podcast leaves you a little more equipped than it found you and invites you to join her on this infinite journey of wholeness.
