Hannah is joined by another fellow Hannah this week - Hannah Bevan, who is the founder of “Journal for Joy”. Hannah created “Journal for Joy” on the back of her own self development journey, after she discovered first hand how powerful, uplifting, healing and fun journaling can be. Both hannah’s discuss how they use journaling in their everyday life, and the different types. The discussion leads through Hannah’s self development journey and how she just KNEW she needed to leave her full time job and make a proper go of it with her journaling business. Both Hannah’s have been on a similar journey funnily enough! Journaling can be used in whatever way works for you, and certainly shouldn’t be considered a chore. Hannah talks through the various workshops she offers and how they really open people up and connect us back to ourselves deep within.
