Hannah talks about how self care and self love are not selfish, although the world has conditioned us to believe they are, it's actually so necessary to a balanced and fulfilling life. Hannah shares her reasons why filling up her own cup first is such a priority for her, how it means we can show up better for others, and how then external validation will just be a gorgeous cherry on top, rather than a necessity. She shares some of the ways she fills up her own energy and cup, and acknowledges its a dance with life, and we can only ever do the best we can with where we are at - and thats always enough!
