This is episode 2 and all around mindfulness. No, it isn't just meditation! There are so many things we can incorporate into our lives on our daily basis to get more present. Presence is where the peace and magic happen. When we are present we are not ruminating over the past and we are not anxious about the future. Sadly, it's a rare state for people to be in this day and age. Hannah talks through how incorporating a consistent mindfulness routine in her life has changed her world in wonderful ways, and some tips and tricks to make it easy, even if you have little time!
