Welcome to Hannah’s solo series - Wholeness Hacks. Over the course of the series Hannah discusses each “hack” she has tried, tested and has now well and truly integrated into her lifestyle. They have helped her feel like the best, healthiest and whole version of herself.
This is episode 4 and all about self awareness. Hannah believes that good self awareness is the key to a fulfilling and exciting life, because well, when you know yourself on a deep level aaaand also how others perceive you, then you have a lot more juice to work with!
Hannah talks about how true self awareness is quite rare (based on a study by HBR) and she highlights some practices we can take to increase our self awareness. Often it is not easy facing ourselves, and it does take work (like most things that are worthwhile in life), but diving into who we are, what our values are, and how we come across to other people (for better and for worse), allows us to step into our own light and change the ways in which we are not aligned with who we are and who we want to be.
Hannah also talks about how tools such as astrology, human design and tarot have helped her raise her self awareness and feel more “seen” in this big ol world.
