She is also a trained Mindvalley mindset coach and talks through the major differences between having a scarcity linked mindset compared to an abundance mindset. The difference is pretty damn huge and therefore so is the life you live whilst adopting each. She talks through some ways you can shift your mindset, but just like all the wholeness hacks it takes dedication and consistency from you to make these changes. Worth it? Hell yes!
