Victoria faced heavy rainfall today, causing stormwater overflow from the wastewater collection system. The water supply is unaffected as the system is separate. City leaders assure the safety of the water for consumption, and no action is required. An inflow and infiltration study is underway to pinpoint vulnerable areas, with results to be presented at the March 1 City Council workshop meeting.
