CCISD and another school district in the state are facing accusations of discrimination and violations of federal education and civil rights laws. The complaints, submitted to the Department of Justice and the Texas Education Agency on Tuesday, originate from four distinct civil rights groups. The second accused school district is Bonham ISD, located north of Dallas.
