*Trigger warning this conversation covers Domestic ViolenceNadia Parisi is a health massage therapist, fertility, pre/postnatal yoga teacher and a holistic pelvic core practitioner and is now the co-founder of the Golden Mother.Nadia became pregnant at the age of 17 whilst experiencing domestic violence with her baby’s father. She walks us through this experience and the moment that gave her the strength to finally leave the relationship.
Nadia went on to have her second child Zara to then become a single mother again. Nine years later Nadia marries the man of her dreams and has two more beautiful girls with him. She chats us through the navigation and lessons through this entire journey and how she always finds the time each day to give back to her self.
