In today's transmission I talk about the subtle art of choosing HOW to respond to things in our lives that trigger or upset us. I explain how meditation (slowly and with lots of practice) taught me how to create a gap in between the time something triggers me and how I choose to respond to it. When I first started meditating I felt like a complete moron, but with more practice it has become one of my most powerful spiritual tools in my tool belt and is responsible for creating more peace in my life.

I also talk about faith and trust in the divine hand leading us and guiding us into the unknown, often through the darkness of our greatest fears. I talk about the practice of letting go and allowing the cosmic river to lead us where we need to be, especially during challenging or difficult times in our lives. I explain how the process of letting go has been a huge contributing factor in decreasing my stress levels and relieving me of the suffering that comes with holding too tightly onto perceived outcomes.
