In this transmission I talk about how I've struggled with anxiety my entire life and how I've been actively working on reducing it and some of the methods I've been using to live a more calm and peaceful life. Most days. If you suffer from anxiety or stress, I think you might get a lot out of this episode.
I elaborate on this by breaking down some of the tools I've been using including focusing my mind by staying in the present moment and not doom-casting about some future event that isn't here yet. I talk about that voice in my head (Hal) who is constantly telling me that things aren't going to work out and to expect the worst things in my life to come to fruition. I have learned to mute Hal. I also talk about practicing the ancient art of acceptance, accepting whatever comes my way and allowing for it without trying to control it. I also talk about cultivating more faith and trust in a divine hand to lead me and guide me where I need to be.
