No longer does anyone need to work their whole lives to deserve a "title", because you can earn and be successful based on skills. In this episode, Terri talks about the difference between having a job position or spending years learning a craft, and instead suggests that you start with a skill ... because what you already know how to do might be enough to earn you a very nice living indeed (read "a crap-ton of money").
