Respiratory Tract Infections (RTISs) are a common yet impactful health concern. This episode explores the causes, symptoms, treatment, and prevention of RTIs, distinguishing between upper RTIs and lower RTIs . One very important RTI is Tuberculosis. As today marks another World Tuberculosis Day, I discuss this year's theme "Yes! We Can End TB: Commit, Invest, Deliver" and enlighten about the key facts about TB, prevention strategies and how individuals can align with the theme in order to eradicate TB by 2030 as stipulated in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal.
