⛳ - Brett Emmers, founder of Plus3 Golf (@plus3golf), built his life around golf with dreams of playing at the highest level. As a Division-1 scholarship golfer, his future seemed certain—until a career-ending injury turned his world upside down. Left struggling with depression, substance abuse, and uncertainty, Brett faced a reality many athletes silently endure.
💡 Out of that pain came transformation. After surviving a suicide attempt and rebuilding his life, Brett turned his story into a mission. Plus3 Golf is more than a brand—it’s a movement built on redemption, resilience, and real impact. Through high-energy events and year-round initiatives, they empower junior golfers, rising artists, and underserved voices with resources, support, and community to heal, grow, and lead as advocates for change.
🎶 I first met Brett at the Joe Diffie Classic in Nashville, where we shared an on-course conversation about the importance of mental health. His passion for helping athletes, musicians, and community leaders is both inspiring and deeply needed.
