A veteran cop, played by Nicolas Cage, is partnered with a young renegade cop, fresh from an undercover assignment, played by Kanye West. Cage's cop has from PTSD from The War, and walks the razor's edge between sanity and madness. He's one psychological break from a full blown rampage. Kanye's cop struggles with his duel identity. Having been able to keep the DJ identity he created for his undercover assignment. His friends an family love the music he makes as a DJ, they hate that he's a cop; not knowing that the two people are one and the same.
Now, this unlikely partnership has to take down a drug lord that uses a world touring pop band to deliver his drugs around the globe. Do these two cops even stand a chance? Will they kill each other before the bad guys do?
