Acomi and Turk182 watch the trailer for the upcoming Sony Pictures Kraven (2024) movie, starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson. I guess they offered him so much money that he couldn't run from it.
In addition to the Kraven movie trailer, they also check out the trailer and gameplay for the soon to be released Spider-Man 2 game for the Sony Playstation.
While the graphics, gameplay, and overall story all seem great, the use of Kraven and The Lizard hit a little too close to home for Turk. Refreshing Acomi's memory, Turk recounts a story idea he talked about on an episode from season 1 or 2. It was the story idea he had for for the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie trilogy involving Kraven coming to New York to hunt the Lizard. But, after Spider-Man's interference, he decides the Wallcrawler is much better sport.
Not claiming plagiarism, Turk remarks about how closely the game storyline follows his idea from over 10 years ago.
