Acomi and Turk182 visit their local genetics lab in search of a new pet. After looking at their two-headed snakes, dogs that moo, birds with scales, and rats with gills, they decide to just grab a stray cat off the street. To their surprise, its not a cat, it's The Uninvited (1988).
Scientists, for some unknown reason and without explanation, create a monster that hides inside a cat-fur suit. After staging a daring and bloody escape from the lab, the cat-monster finds shelter with a young college student on spring break. The "cat" is brought aboard a millionaire's yacht, bound for the Cayman Islands so its own can carry out some illegal business. But, when the crooked millionaire tries to get rid of The Uninvited (1988), it sheds the cat-fur suit and reveals its true, deadly, monstrous, self.
A pointless, and plotless movie that spends more time teasing sex and nudity than explaining the genetically modified cat-monster. What is the cat-monster? How did it come to be? Why was it created? Why aren't the scientists still looking for it? Who cares! These hot chicks might show boob!
Join Acomi and Turk as they watch a monster in cat's clothing stalk the thinly written characters aboard the yacht, and wonder why this movie exists. With the monster being the character the with even less development than the others and the only likable one, The Uninvited (1988) is pure 80s horror nonsense.
Acomi and Turk182, along the occasional special guest, provide running commentary of awfulsome movie and TV shows. The hosts select movies that either one, or both, have never seen. All jokes and comments are improvised. NO PREPARED JOKES OR COMMENTS!
During recording, the movies are watched at a low volume and with the subtitles on. Viewers may want to turn subtitles on as well to enhance the viewing experience.
