The guitar in question was practically brand new, with original receipt. The co-worker's husband bought the guitar for 10% of its value, knowing the guitar's actual worth. When the seller realized that he'd undersold the guitar, his co-worker proudly announced that they were fully aware of the true value. Things spiral from there.
