Part 1. Acomi and Turk182 test how far they can fly under the YouTube radar by reading words forbidden by YouTube. Using a list that Acomi found online, the two read off and discuss words that supposedly get your YouTube video banned, or demonetized.
There are the obvious objectionable words, racial and ethnic slurs, vulgarities, and euphemisms that you would expect. Then there are the seemingly normal words that are used in everyday language, most often without a negative context, that the online video version of Smaug has put the kibosh on. And the head scratching words that only mean something to YouTube and its algorithm. Oh, to be so misconstrued!
