Acomi and Turk182 follow up their Let's Watch! with some parting shots - more like a volley - at 20th Century Fox's The New Mutants.
You love the comics! You bought the action figures! You met the creators! Now hate their very existence by watching the movie! The New Mutants like you've never seen them before! Because they're nothing like the characters you know.
Characters acting out of character. Prisoners with the ability to escape, but comeback. Mutant prisoner whose brother is an X-Man, but doesn't know of this training facility. And, their brother doesn't come an see them. Not to mention the lack of safe training equipment. And, if Cannonball has an indestructible force field when he flies, how did he break his arm?
No guards, one doctor, and no one to bring them fresh supplies, like food, toilet paper, and other essentials. And, that's about as sensible as the movie gets. Listen to us and don't waste your time on the actual movie.
