Every Wednesday during the season of Easter, we are excited to launch another special series called A Longer Table. Many Gospel stories involve Jesus meeting people around the table and around shared food. And so, it’s fitting that many of the stories that take place after Jesus' resurrection also involve sharing meals with those closest to him. In this new podcast we consider not just what’s on our tables, but also who has a place set for them. The message of Jesus eating with folks wasn’t usually about what kind of food they were eating, but rather who his companions were.
In each episode of A Longer Table, we will gather around a table and chat with some folks who know a thing or two about creating spaces where relationships can be built and wisdom shared across so many differences that often divide us. First episode drops on Wednesday, April 3rd!
