Description

The time has come when the church needs to return to an emphasis on discipleship. And if this is the case, there is a need to understand the original template of discipleship from the scriptures, and that is why we began to look at the discipleship system of Jesus.
In this episode, the focus is on understanding the discipleship system of Jesus Christ. Building on the foundation from the previous episode, it emphasizes that discipleship is essential to living a Christ-filled life. The distinction between being filled with the Spirit and having Christ formed within us is crucial, as discipleship is a lifelong process requiring continuous learning, application of Christ's teachings, and active participation in the church community.
The episode stresses that the great commission Jesus gave wasn’t to raise Christians but to make disciples. Today's church often emphasizes external markers such as large congregations and church buildings, but the core mission remains discipling believers to follow Christ authentically. A true disciple embodies a lifetime commitment to learning and living out Christ's teachings while guiding others to do the same. The episode critiques the modern church's focus on appearances, arguing that true discipleship is reflected in Christ-like behavior and transformation, not in titles or church attendance.
