Natalie Gutierrez, MSW is a Social Worker based in New York City, and a graduate of NYU Silver School of Social Work. Natalie currently works as a Workforce Advisor with KIPP NYC and supports high school alumni in their endeavors in finding meaningful work and educational opportunities after high school. Natalie joined the podcast to discuss her work in supporting and empowering youth, disparities and gaps in education systems, and the importance of empathy when working with youth.
