I came across a post on LinkedIn a couple of weeks ago. It had a short promo video of a longtime friend and colleague, David Burge, highlighting a course he teaches through NACAC. The course was focused on the use of data to help admissions counselors better understand their pipeline and manage their territory.

Well, I had to have Burge join me for a conversation about the course and to understand how that data helps those staff leverage their CRM to execute their work to build and convert their prospective students through the enrollment funnel.
