Jye Currie is part of the CHANGE.
He is out there spreading the word of suicide prevention.
In episode 5, Courtney chats to Jye all about his documentary "The Promise" which follows Craig Hamilton as he tackles his mental health battles and overcomes suicidal thoughts. We not only hear all about how common suicide and mental health struggles are but how Jye, Craig & the team behind "The Promise" have not only documented Craig's story but EDUCATE the viewer about what to do to support people who are in a dark place.
The end goal?
To make mental health challenges part of everyday conversation. TO SAVE LIVES.
