Some of the things that happened in 2023:
- Football: Young Guns FC qualified for the WIFA State League (IWL qualifiers) - Gwenda still can't believe how fast her team is growing and what they have achieved in such a short time. Listen more here
- Books:
- Travelling: Tatjana travelled to Singapore. Gwenda did a few small trips in India.
- Podcast Launch: Yayyy!!! It wasn't even on our 2023 goal list but we are so excited we made it happened!
- Family: Living abroad, we tend to spent less time with our families quantity wise. So when we visit back home, it always feels special.
- AI: AI technology is more than just a trend and definitely here to stay. It creates many opportunities but is also vulnerable for misuse (European Union regulates AI with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act)
- Threads: The app launched in India in July and in Germany in December.
- India: Most populated country in the world since
- Men's Cricket World Cup in India
- Women's Football World Cup in Australia/New Zealand
- India's Moon Landing: 4th country to do so and with a low budget.
