I’m so obsessed with this latest solo-cast, where I dive deep into my process of what it looks and feels like when I got triggered recently in a conversation I was having in a relationship. It’s so important to practice self-awareness, even if it’s not always in the moment. Taking responsibility of what we are feeling and how we are reacting is, in my opinion, the best use of your power. This way, you can really see any blind spots you have in your psyche and how you might be unconsciously creating more of what you are feeling in the moment for the future, instead of lovingly questioning the stories your mind spins when you are having the feels, releasing those feels, and creating different outcomes for the future.
