David Goggins is an American ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete, public speaker, and author. He is a retired United States Navy SEAL member who served in the Iraq War. His first memoir, Can't Hurt Me, was released in 2019 and a sequel Never Finished in 2022.
This past week he spoke in Melbourne and I was in attendance, and decided to record the Q&A which was by far the best part of the day. He spoke candidly and gave incredible answers off the cuff, clearly from a place of wisdom that has been honed over the course of his life. Like he's always preparing and always ready.
Certainly not the usual episode but it was so great I wanted to release it shortly after the day.
