I speak with 38 year old man, Dale Miller. Dale cleans windows of cars for a living. He currently doesn't have a fixed location to live, but that doesn't stop him from rocking up to work the same set of lights each day and proving that despite even some of the worst circumstances, you can always maintain some hope and keep moving forward.
