“It's about getting started. It's not about working on perfect, because I think that's what gets in so many people's way. It's like they're gonna put something off until things are… it's taking the step and it's getting better as you go along. And one of the things I like is that doable changes, right? So what you can do today is completely different than what you can do six months from now. But just getting started in that process can kind of unlock what's possible for you.
And it's like, especially with the kind of food and the movement piece, it's like as somebody starts to feel better, then they're more invested in, ‘I want to keep doing this. I want to expand what it is that I'm doing.’ They go from starting to eating better and it's like, ‘Hey, I'm feeling better now’.”
