"It’s never as good as it seems and it’s never as bad as it seems. I think it’s probably more relevant to my field than a fans perspective, cause I know when I was back living in Adelaide following the Adelaide Crows and if they lost 3 games in a row, I’d be one of those saying get him out, get him, get him out. Let’s plan for next season. But I think now working in this environment, when we were going so well, getting wins on the board at the start of the year, there were things we knew we weren’t doing too well and we could patch up. You never get a win and put in under the carpet. You never have a loss and think it’s all doom and gloom."

Episode #17 of The Hope Initiative with Josh Sale.

Josh is originally from Adelaide, but now lives and works in Melbourne, as a statistical analyst for the St. Kilda Football Club (yes - the same club that my Dad once played for, for those of you keeping up to date!)

In this conversation we speak about how he followed his passion and turned it into a career, taking the leap and moving away from home, and what he hopes for the future.

Please enjoy the conversation with the humble, Josh Sale!
