Episode 23 with Craig Middleton!

Craig is a Englishman who has lived in Australia for the past 30 odd years since his mid 20's. He's worked in his local fish and chip shop north of London in Hertfordshire, to some of the fanciest hotels in England including one on Park Lane (yes, that Park Lane) in the Grosvenor House Hotel. Cooking for royalty and celebrities such as the Rolling Stones among many others.
He now runs a cleaning company with his wife Jan in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, but as you'll soon hear, his creativity is at arguably an all time high, and he has no intentions of slowing down.
