Omaima Nelson moved to the United States from Egypt in 1986 by way of an oil tycoon. After a harsh upbringing, she finally had found her way. But the relationship abruptly ended, and Omaima found herself alone in a new country, with broken English and broken spirits. She soon began to use the company of men as her way of surviving, aided in part by her good looks and "exotic" nature. But on Thanksgiving day of 1991, Omaima made a choice that will live on in infamy. After being remarried, Omaima ended this relationship on no uncertain terms. She killed, cut, and cooked her husband...but did she eat him??
