Season 2: Episode 10
In Phoenix, Arizona, in 1997, a bizarre incident occurred. Scott and Yarmila Falater were busy raising their two children, both working full time, and attending church. Scott was under high demand at his job as an engineer for Motorola, but all accounts point toward a very happy family. On the evening of January 17, a neighbor was awoken by noises in the Falater's back yard. A glance out the window provided horror. Scott was holding his wife's head under the water of their pool. Scott never denies killing his wife, but he has no recollection of it either. His defense? Sleepwalking.
Join Andrea Up Late as she discusses this case and if it is possible to carry out the actions Scott executed that night - while asleep.
