It is no surprise that some one can be so religious but yet not know God (just like Nicodemus or one belonging to a Christian nation or home). Thus the importance of this episode. Apostle Fredrick kaluluma introduces God to the believers guiding them in knowledge and truth, and offering insights as he unrolls the scrolls of scripture.
He also teaches that human beings were naturally made to worship, that is why we show reverence to things that we like, such that one can have a god(s) without even knowing it. He then encourages the believers to be very careful and to take time to update their worship vocabulary.
